We invite you to become a contributor to our school newspaper. Let us know what kind of topic you would like to contribute with and don’t forget you are part of the news too! By keeping us informed on your sports activities and competitions. Don’t forget to take pictures, write a short description and submit your story to the paper’s directive in order to publish your story on time. You will become part of the school’s legacy!

(2 pts. each) At school last week, I sat next to a girl who was coughing. Since it’s winter, everyone coughs and we cover our mouths. This helps us avoid spreading germs. Special Project about professions (All 12th grades)

Welcome back! After a well deserved rest, it's time to take action again. This week we will continue with the professions topic as part of our Walking into the future unit. The project that you will work on will be the following: You will create  an employment ad and will prepare a resume that meets the qualification standards for that job. You will build your resume based on the steps discussed in class. You will also answer the following questions in complete sentences: 1. Why you chose that job? 2. What makes you a good candidate for the job? 3. What kind of contribution you can make to this job? The project will include the following: I. Cover (5 pts.) II. Newspaper job ad (10 pts.) III.
